For over 20 years, I have had the privilege of coaching, overseeing multiple nonprofit organizations, and walking alongside others in their faith journeys. My passion, experience, and calling have always been centered around bringing people together—whether through mentorship, ministry, or leadership.
The inspiration for this blog comes from Kelly Olson and the women’s “The Baton Pass”, a movement that beautifully symbolizes the passing of wisdom, faith, and encouragement from one person to another. Likewise, Pass the Baton Blog exists to provide a space where wisdom, experiences, and biblical truths can be shared and passed on to those who seek to deepen their faith and relationships.
As a husband of 26 years and a father of six, the concept of passing the baton is deeply personal to me. I am committed to instilling faith, resilience, and purpose not only in my own children but in all who desire to grow spiritually and be part of a genuine faith-driven community.
